Mobile Pantry - Iberville - North Iberville Community Center
This Mobile Pantry Distribution is hosted off site in Iberville Parish, Louisiana at the North Iberville Community Center. Closed-toe shoes are required. Volunteers with the Mobile Pantry Program will be asked to help with the “walk-up” model distribution. Clients will be getting out of their vehicles and walking up to the truck to receive their distribution. Volunteers will assist with manning the table of product, making sure each client gets the allotted amount of product, help off-load the truck with product and help with bringing distributions to vehicles for those clients who are disabled and/or cannot get out to carry their distribution. Volunteers could potentially help check registered clients in when they arrive and also register those clients who have not previously done an application.
